Booking Requirements

Booking Linda is a simple process. Just email Linda at linda@lindahailey.com.au or phone +61 2 9956 6639 with details of your event including dates. Linda or her pa Shan Lawson will contact you directly to advise availability and rates.

When dates are confirmed you will be emailed a Booking Agreement Sheet including:

Stage and audio visual requirements
Speaker Introduction
Speaker Profile
Session Overview
Photographs for use on promotional material or website
Confirmation of fees and agreed additional costs such as accommodation and airfares

Terms and Conditions

Invoice for 50% of the agreed fee required to hold the booking
Once the booking is scheduled and 50% fee is received, Linda will contact you to arrange a detailed briefing so the presentation can be tailored to suit your delegates
The final invoice will be emailed seven days prior to the presentation to be paid in full within seven days of the event
