Vision Planning Consultancy
A Vision Plan can be completed in a couple of weeks and is easily updated on a regular basis. There are four phases in the Vision Planning process, a briefing meeting, a facilitated planning workshop, the development of an action plan and a debrief. Each project is tailored to suit you, your team and your business.

Regional Township Marketing and Tourism Plans
Linda has worked extensivley in regional areas of Australia helping small towns and villages revitalise and market their community. Her Township Marketing program involves a day and half on site conduction a main street review, a facilitated discussion group with business owners, skills development workshop for local businesses and a strategy planning session.
